Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Your DAY-TO-DAY as a Adult Mental Health Case Manager

As an Adult Mental Health Case Manager for the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of mental health services for our clients. Working directly with adults in Hampton and Newport News, you will provide comprehensive case management services, including assessments, treatment planning, advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, and more. Your efforts will assist clients in meeting their basic needs by accessing vital resources and support. what you need to be successful

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services (such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling)
  • One (1) year of experience in case management services.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients with a variety of needs, as well as excellent organizational abilities to coordinate services and resources efficiently.
