What We’re Looking For

• Active IL LNHA license
• Proven leadership experience 3-5 years in SNF/Senior Care
• Strong communication, financial, and team-building skills
• Ability to remain calm, solutions-focused, and organized in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to supporting both staff and residents with integrity and compassion
