Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team at Absolut Care of Allegany. The Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining financial stability, and cultivating a positive culture for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide strong, transparent leadership to staff across all departments.
+ Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
+ Drive census growth, positive survey outcomes, and operational excellence.
+ Develop and manage budgets, financial performance, and staffing plans.
+ Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, staff, and the surrounding community.

Qualifications
+ Current NYS Nursing Home Administrator License required.
+ Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration.
+ Proven track record in regulatory compliance, financial management, and staff leadership.
