Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Administrator to manage, maintain, and support automation systems and tools across our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing automation workflows, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of automated processes that support business operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain automation platforms such as Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows to streamline IT and business processes.

  • Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify manual tasks and develop automated solutions.

  • Maintain documentation for automation scripts, configurations, and change management processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and best practices.

  • Provide user support and training on automation tools and processes.

  • Integrate automation tools with existing infrastructure and third-party applications.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in system administration and automation.

  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).

  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, RPA tools).

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.

  • Understanding of Windows/Linux server environments.

  • Ability to troubleshoot system and automation-related issues.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in automation tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible).

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of cloud automation (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
