Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to support warranty operations for an international transit company. This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a Warranty Administrator or Warranty Specialist supporting service or manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills are essential. This role will also assist with documentation, billing, scheduling, and shipment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule warranty service activities
  • Provide administrative support for warranty and service operations
  • Process paperwork, invoices, and related documentation
  • Track warranty claims, records, and service data
  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting systems
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding warranty issues
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics using FedEx and UPS
  • Support billing, invoice tracking, and data entry
  • Assist with general office workflow and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel

Administrative Skills

  • Scheduling and coordination
  • Data entry and record tracking in Excel

  • Document processing and filing
  • Shipping coordination (FedEx / UPS)

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
  • Strong computer proficiency required
  • Experience in warranty processing, service administration, or office coordination strongly preferred
