Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and staff
- Assist with coordinating daily activities and maintaining smooth office operations
- Organize, update, and maintain various documents, records, and files
- Enter and manage information in internal systems and databases
- Help facilitate communication between office personnel, field teams, and other departments
- Prepare basic reports, forms, and administrative documents as needed
- Monitor shared communications and route inquiries appropriately
- Support routine office functions such as filing, copying, scanning, and supply upkeep
Qualifications
- One to two years of administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with different teams
