Taylor Community is looking for a Resident Life Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our Woodside building. What You'll Do
No two days are the same in this dynamic role! You'll:
- Be the first friendly face residents and visitors see when they walk in
- Answer and direct calls with professionalism and care
- Keep things organized with clerical support like typing, data entry, and ordering supplies
- Step into the spotlight occasionally with light public speaking at events
- Hit the road now and then-driving a 14-passenger bus for resident outings and adventures

- Someone who can work independently while maintaining professionalism and boundaries

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong typing skills and ability to work independently
- Strengths in multitasking and working independently under moderate supervision.
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Comfortable with occasional night/weekend work
- Comfortable working with elder population
- Must be a high school graduate
