A bit about us:
Looking for a proven remote scheduling expert. This person will partner with C Suite, PMO and Analyst levels to manage daily + weekly scheduling talks for all meetings and day to day operations. This role is 40 hours per weekm remotely. Ideal candidates are local to LA or open to driving in for team meetings 1-2 times per Q. This role requests an expert at remote working who excels are scheduling and coordinating.
The client is a leading healthcare system in CA. You would be partnering with the IS dept and report into the Manager of Operations.
