Salary: $26.11 - $35.32 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Coordinate office operations and workflow for the assigned department, ensuring efficient administrative support and continuity of daily activities.

  • Manage office services and communications, including telephone coverage, supplies, and the preparation and distribution of correspondence, meeting materials, and reports.

  • Maintain organizational systems and compliance, tracking scheduling information, managing filing systems, and disseminating updates to policies and procedures.

  • Support operational efficiency and stakeholder communication by monitoring office expenses, recommending process improvements, and responding to internal and external inquiries with appropriate information and resources.

 

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
