Role: Administrative Assistant IV
Location: Livermore, CA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support director-level management. The candidate should be proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, and work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to director-level executives
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and expense reports
