Job Title - Contracts Administrator
Location- Ft Worth TX 76134

Job Description:
- Draft, review, and manage assigned contracts within contract management system.
Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts. - Assist attorneys in contract negotiations.
- Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues.
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities.
- Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members.
- Perform specified duties in a professional manner and in accordance with Client values and behaviors.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Paralegal Certificate
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Contract review experience
- Five years prior paralegal experience and Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience with contract drafting and management
