Working Model: On-site 5 days a week (8-hour shifts) 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Manage office communications and correspondence

  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Organize and maintain office records
  • Support department with administrative tasks

Who You Are
  • 5–10 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficiency in industry tools/software

Preferred (Optional)
  • Experience in healthcare or project management preferred
