·         2+ years in administrative work in financial planning or banking industry preferred.

·         Ability to grasp financial industry regulations and policies

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant will perform:

·         Various client customer service tasks, 

·         Call clients to schedule appointments and follow up on pending items. , 

·         Scan, upload, and maintain regulatory items.

·         Maintaining CRM

·         Client documentation 

·         Prepare Client Information Forms
