· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
· Ability to grasp financial industry regulations and policies
The Assistant will perform:
· Various client customer service tasks,
· Call clients to schedule appointments and follow up on pending items. ,
· Scan, upload, and maintain regulatory items.
· Maintaining CRM
· Client documentation
· Prepare Client Information Forms
The Adminstrative Assistant will support the advisors of the firm as well as other support functions
