- Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with front desk operations is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing speed and computer literacy skills
- Comfortable with children
- Have a pleasant personality children feel comfortable around
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone, text and email systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Support office management activities such as supply ordering, record keeping, and maintaining office cleanliness
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist with administrative projects as needed
- Support personal assistant duties including travel arrangements or special project coordination
- Potential sales opportunities for trial memberships and upgrades

The owners Sensei Carlo Profico and Sensei Aka Landschoot have been friends since they were 8 years old and have fullfilled their childhood dream with Budo.
They are passionate about teaching inspirational and aspirational classes that help children face down their fears and rise about them stronger than before.
They both have extensive experience in the realms of MMA, Street Defense, Coaching and Communication.
Budo is the only school in South Jersey that teaches the world famous SPEAR System by Tony Blauer. With both Sensei Carlo & Sensei Aka being high level SPEAR Coaches for 20 years.
Sensei Carlo is also a part of Tony Blauer's Core Mobile Training Team and helps to coach other coaches from around the world.
