Responsibilities/Qualifications
Drees Homes is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

In this role, you will provide direct administrative support to the Office Manager and assist with a variety of administrative tasks for teams across the Drees organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies and postage for mail machine
- Maintain documents, forms and spreadsheet and upload to the company intranet
- Provide relief and backup for the Corporate Receptionist, greet vendors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Order, maintain and revise company-wide forms
- Order flowers/charitable contributions as requested
- Order, distribute and track electronic equipment and accessories; Maintain equipment inventory and conduct quarterly audits
- Mail distribution for Corporate offices - incoming, outgoing, presort, interoffice and regional
- Ship all overnight packages and log incoming deliveries
- Act as the contact for equipment repair and supplies
- Assist with planning and coordination of employee events
- Report maintenance and emergency issues to building management
- Additional administrative tasks to support the Corporate offices
Requirements, Knowledge and Skills:
- One or more years of previous administrative experience
- Mailroom and/or mailroom equipment experience a plus
- Proficient in the use of computer technology including MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Adobe, Teams, PowerPoint and Sharepoint skills are helpful
- Detail-minded with excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Enjoys administrative tasks, data entry and assisting others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with various disciplines of people
- Display a friendly, personable and approachable manner
- Adaptable and a problem-solver with a team player mentality
- Ability to lift boxes of 25 lbs
- High school education required; College degree a plus

The schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.
