REPORTS TO: Director of Insurance & Administration
SALARY: $19-27/hour (Pay is dependent on experience)
HOURS: M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to the Director of Insurance & Administration and Executive team, including document management, report preparation, and general office operations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Administrative Support to Director of Insurance & Administration including but not limited to:
- Run, distribute and store various reports using multiple software programs
- Provide documentation support for incidents
- Review, organize, document, and file various insurance documents
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Update and distribute various corporate lists and documents
- Scanning, naming and organizing confidential documents
- Assist with marketing and distribution of related materials
- Assist with various tasks and provide support requested by the Executive team
- Manage company cell phone program
- Payroll time entry
- Provide administrative support to property management department
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience in the construction industry
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint
- Knowledge or experience with commercial insurance and incident management a plus
- Experience with SharePoint, Sage 300 CRE and Sage Paperless a plus
