You will manage key administrative tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to the efficiency of the firm's Secretarial & Business Support department. Description
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and other documentation systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide general support and assistance to the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.
Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- 5+ years of Legal Experience in the admin space
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude toward challenges.
