Wasatch Electric is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant to support our Power & Utility Division.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:The Administrative Assistant will work in our West Jordan office and have the following primary responsibilities:
- Clerical and administrative duties
- Operational support
- Maintain filing systems and updating records
- Tracking, preparing reports and documents within our ERP system
- Miscellaneous data entry and analysis
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Access
- Vista ERP Software knowledge is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details
- Capability to work independently and as a member of a team
