SUMMARY:  We are seeking an experienced, professional and dependable Administrative Assistant who possesses excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment. Our Administrative Assistant must pay close attention to detail, use logical thought processes while problem solving, be able to prioritize work and adapt to changing work requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review legal documents for accuracy
  • File documents with the appropriate counties
  • Retrieve recorded documents
  • Ship recorded mortgages to lenders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate’s Degree is preferred.
