This position for our Steel, Concrete, & NDE Group can be either part-time (30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) – perfect for candidates looking for flexibility. KTA’s corporate office is located in the Findlay Township area of Pittsburgh (near the Pittsburgh International Airport). We are looking for outstanding candidates who:

• Have worked in an administrative role for at least 2 years;
• Can review timesheets and expense report submittals;  
• Have top-notch proofreading and editing skills;
• Are organized and can maintain orderly job files and records;
• Are thorough in order to generate reports quickly and accurately;      
• Are a Microsoft Office 365 superstar (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint);
• Thrive working in a team environment with energetic and passionate employees; and
• Can work productively both in an open office environment and remotely. 

Applicants must also have superb written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multitask, remain flexible, work within a deadline, be client-oriented, and patient while working through problems and challenges. Physical requirements include close vision, ability to adjust focus, hearing, and speaking.
