How you'll make an impact in this role:Orchestrate Complex Dual-System Calendars by managing high-volume scheduling across both UT and Ascension platforms, ensuring seamless coordination for diverse teams and medical providers.
Execute High-Impact Departmental Communications by drafting and distributing professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials that drive informed decision-making.
Direct Seamless Event & Travel Logistics by leading the preparation for meetings and conferences, including the management of complex travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
Guarantee Data Integrity & Operational Accuracy by meticulously managing databases and verifying information to identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact the program.
Serve as a Professional Brand Ambassador by expertly screening inquiries and managing visitor interactions, ensuring a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for the department.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
A minimum of an Associate Degree combined with direct Healthcare Administrative experience, ensuring a baseline understanding of medical terminology and compliance.
Expertise in both Microsoft Office OR Google Suite
