Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking, customer interaction, and administrative work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.
- Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors and handle front desk duties
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management
- Process orders, invoices, and customer requests
- Maintain records in ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams
- Assist with inventory tracking, billing, and general office tasks
- Order supplies, manage files, and support daily operations
Education and Experience:
- 1–3 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
