We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.

Pay amp; Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence

Support invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Coordinate office supplies and general administrative tasks
Support management with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
