Administrative Assistant – 1st Shift
Pay: $20/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will focus on administrative tasks and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including data entry and document management
- Assist with organizing files, reports, and general documentation
- Use Microsoft Office to create and update documents and spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively with internal team members
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
