Contract Details (Contract roles only):
  • Position Type: Contract (Full-Time)
  • Contract Duration: 6 Months

  • Pay Rate: $22 - 24/hr 
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting customer service operations and maintaining the organization and efficiency of the Littleton, MA office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently while contributing collaboratively to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide front-office support
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare and track UPS shipments
  • Process jobs in the ERP system (Jobscope)
  • Create incoming service orders
  • Assist Project Managers as needed
  • Support proposals and invoicing activities when required
  • Work independently much of the time
Required Experience:
  • Experience providing administrative or office support in a professional setting
  • Experience handling front-office responsibilities and customer interactions
  • Experience working with ERP systems or job processing systems
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Experience supporting project managers
  • Experience assisting with proposals and invoicing activities
  • Experience in customer service operations
Required Skills:
