Crandall Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. 

This position is crucial in supporting our daily operations and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Candidates should be able to provide assistance to office staff, compliance specialists, and management, in a polite and professional manner via phone, mail, and e-mail.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our office staff and compliance specialist team. 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. 
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. 
  • Prepare and update documents, compliance manuals, regulatory forms, and reports. 
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Meet deadlines in a timely manner. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Must be willing to cross-train in other departments.
 
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and may require occasional lifting of office supplies, boxes, and physical filing of records.
