Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides front desk and administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations through strong customer service, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with EPIC systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as front desk support, greeting and assisting visitors and staff
- Provide high-quality customer service in person and via phone
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and scheduling
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- EPIC system experience (required)
- Front desk and administrative support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- General administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday–Friday
Preferred Skills
- Previous call center experience
- Healthcare or clinical office administrative experience
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be separated for at least 6 months from any prior employment with the client (including permanent, per diem, or contract roles) to be considered
