Contract Details

  • Pay Rate: $20 - 23/Hr

Schedule & Shift

  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Shift Length: 8-hour day
  • Shift Time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (administrative coverage noted as 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will support front desk and administrative operations in a healthcare setting, serving as a key point of contact for patients and internal staff. This role requires strong customer service, administrative skills, and experience working in fast-paced clinical or call center environments, with direct use of EPIC systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk support, including greeting patients and managing administrative workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in person and via phone.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Utilize EPIC systems for patient and administrative processing.
  • Support daily office operations in accordance with healthcare and organizational policies.
  • Comply with submission and onboarding requirements, including completion of the required BILH coversheet.

Required Experience

  • Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles.
  • EPIC system experience (required).
  • Strong customer service and administrative skill set.
  • Eligibility requirement: candidates must have been separated for at least 6 months from any prior employment with the organization (permanent, per diem, or contract).

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Previous call center experience.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or clinical office environment.
