We are looking for a talented and energetic Customer Project Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customer product and account onboarding across some of the most recognized names in the window treatment industry.

You'll be at the heart of our operations ensuring every customer partnership is set up for success from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between internal teams (Key Accounts, Marketing, EDI, Customer Service) and external stakeholders to coordinate new program system setups
  • Own end-to-end project deliverables including:
    • Price charts, assortment grids, color grids & option grids
    • EDI setup and order flow testing
    • Training product orders, swatch orders & swatch photography
    • Photography sample orders & sample bag development
    • Account training and product testing
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans that clearly define timelines, scope, and client expectations
  • Track, report, and QC all project deliverables using appropriate tools to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Create and deliver management reporting including individual project onboarding status updates, weekly spreadsheets, and program recaps
  • Ensure all account files, reports, and documentation remain current and organized
  • Lead convention planning (meeting coordination, display setups, travel arrangements) for events such as Budget Blinds conventions
  • Assist with the Annual Norman Scholarship program
  • Support Norman Mexico Trips for buying groups and independent retailers
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen with proven experience in project management, account management, and business planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels — including C-suite executives and external clients.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
  • Background in customer onboarding, training, implementation, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile, and current auto insurance.

Pay: $25-$33 Base pay offers for this position vary based on factors such as location, skills, industry, and relevant experience.
