Kentuckiana Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our established, high-volume pediatric dental practice. We are an established, high-volume pediatric dental practice with consistent patient flow. Our team is collaborative, efficient, and focused on delivering an outstanding patient and parent experience. We provide structured training and foster a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Pay
$19–$22 per hour (depending on experience)
This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient daily workflow and exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with scheduling and general inquiries
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, including manual follow-up when needed
Verifying insurance eligibility prior to appointments
Checking patients out and reviewing account balances
Monitoring quick-fill and missed appointment queues to proactively fill schedule gaps
Assisting with surgery scheduling and coordination, including communication with partnered surgery facilities
Providing administrative support during slower periods and designated closed days (including phone coverage
Maintaining accuracy in scheduling systems and supporting overall front office workflow
