Responsibilities


This role is in office 5 days/week in Houston.


We are seeking a sales support professional with experience providing administrative and reporting support to a field sales team, preferably in lottery, retail, CPG, or other fast-paced account-based environments. Experience with Excel, CRM systems, cross-functional coordination, and maintaining accurate sales and retailer data is strongly preferred.


• Sales administration or sales support in a field-based sales organization

• Supporting account teams, district managers, or territory sales reps

• Preparing sales reports, retailer lists, territory updates, and performance tracking

• CRM and sales data maintenance

• Advanced Excel work, including sorting, filtering, lookups, pivots, and report formatting

• Coordinating communication between sales, operations, customer service, finance, and account teams

• Managing schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and internal deadlines

• Handling retailer or customer-facing documentation with strong accuracy

• Order, inventory, promotional, or merchandising support

• Processing invoices, expense tracking, commission support, or other administrative controls

• Working in a highly regulated, detail-sensitive environment

• Supporting government, lottery, CPG, retail, or vendor-account relationships


Qualifications


+ High school degree

+ 1 - 3 years of administrative experience

+ Intermediate to advanced in Excel

+ Extremely organized and detail-oriented

+ Dependable

+ Comfortable with routine and repetition

+ Able to manage multiple requests at once

+ Strong written communication skills

+ Able to support a team with minimal supervision

+ Multi-location retail support

+ Territory or district-level reporting

+ Working with deadlines tied to launches, promotions, or field execution

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $14.95 – $32.45. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
