Job Description:

We are seeking a self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent our company with a welcoming, positive, and helpful attitude. The ideal candidate takes initiative, identifies tasks proactively, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and office duties
Submit and manage office repair requests with the facilities department
Maintain office supplies and kitchen inventory
Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage calendar events
Construct and respond to professional email correspondence
Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in working order, manage repairs as needed.

Requirements:
Personable and customer service-focused
Friendly, outgoing, and able to create a positive first impression
Professional appearance and speech
Self-starter with ability to identify and act on tasks independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
