This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing investment firm in a polished, high-performance environment. The team is seeking a motivated entry-level Administrative Assistant who is eager to learn, support executive-level professionals, and grow long-term within the organization.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $55,000 (paid overtime eligible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Galleria Area – 100% On-Site
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to Executive Assistants and investment teams

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements

  • Prepare, edit, format, and bind documents, reports, and presentations

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Answer and route calls and support general office operations

  • Process expense reports, invoices, and vendor coordination

  • Ensure conference rooms and office spaces are organized and stocked

  • Support internal meetings, events, and special projects

  • Provide front desk coverage when needed
