Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown
Parking: $150/month parking reimbursement
Schedule: WFH on Monday & Friday.
Interviewing: Wednesday and Thursdayget availability (in-person or virtual).
Contract Duration: 1 year most likely to be extended

Position Overview
This role is supporting 1015 team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In addition to traditional administrative responsibilities, this individual will play a key role in weekly production reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic travel and process expenses
- Support office operations, communications, and team coordination
- Produce and compile weekly production reports for Monday delivery
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and executive summaries
- Coordinate events, team functions, and internal meetings
- Provide backup support to Executive Assistant as needed
- Work within internal systems to generate and maintain reporting data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience (preferably within a large, global organization)
- Experience supporting teams in the energy / oil & gas sector strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Concur (required)
- Advanced Excel skills preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
