Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team part-time. If you enjoy organizing information, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting others behind the scenes, this role may be a great fit for you.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Track employee hours and prepare payroll information.
- Log and monitor orders, promptly flagging any issues or delays.
- Update and maintain tasks in our project management system (ClickUp).
- Handle general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through on assigned duties.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Dependable and proactive in completing tasks.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required.
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week.
- Role Type: Administrative support (not a management position).
- Compensation: Starting at $15/hr.
