The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for working within the administrative team in providing administrative, reception customer service and organizational office support. Reporting to the Supervisor, Office Administration, the Administrative Assistant will focus on data entry, filing and keeping operations running smoothly.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Provide effective communication regarding continuous improvement initiatives
· Able to participate in the development of policies and procedures
· Work well with all business units to ensure a trouble free operation
· Manage assignments to achieve corporate mandate of “Service First”
· Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
· Adheres to and inspires others to adhere to the Corporate Code of Business ethics
· Maintain computer-based and paper files as needed
· Working with vendors and setting up new accounts
· Organizes department correspondence and responds to requests for information
· Assemble a payment voucher for each invoice to include, as appropriate, approved invoices, receiving documents and purchase orders
· Compute use taxes, as necessary
· May help process employee expense accounts
· File all accounts payable vouchers in a manner allowing for timely and easy access
· Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties
· Performs data entry and document editing / preparation
· Designs spreadsheets and maintains databases
Additional Responsibilities specific to Administration:
·Use Cetaris to manage PO.....
·Works with Great Plains software (Accounting Software)
·Create purchase orders
OMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

- Fulltime Schedule, 40 hours a week with possible overtime if available and business needs support it

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
·High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree desirable
· 2+ years similar experience
