Gulf Highway Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Fort Worth headquarters. This role plays a key part in managing invoices, accounts receivable, and administrative documentation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Enter and upload invoices into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner
· Send invoices to customers and perform accounts receivable follow-up (calls/emails for payment)
· Receive incoming products in the system and match them by purchasing orders (paperwork only)
· Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation
· Assist with administrative tasks and paperwork throughout the production and service process
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and documentation
Qualifications:
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Some experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication skills, especially for customer follow-up
· Previous administrative or accounting support experience preferred.
