Position Overview
Upright Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support our Evansville office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys office work, organization, and learning the residential construction industry. No prior experience is required — we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with field teams
Maintain and organize customer and project records
Prepare basic reports, invoices, and documentation
Support office staff with general administrative tasks
Assist with data entry and filing
Ensure professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level position — prior office experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
