Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher 

We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to support our team in Pasadena and Deer Park. 

The successful candidate will have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. We are willing to train someone with entry level experience. 

  • Previous office and clerical experience is preferred, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and clients. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. 
  • This is a Contract-to-Hire position with benefits eligibility after 60 to 90 days. 
  • An immediate start is available. 

Please note that extended hours may be required during the training period.
