Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for management staff
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
• Coordinate office activities and provide general administrative support
• Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Organize travel arrangements and meeting logistics
• Support HR or recruitment activities when needed
• Ensure office supplies are maintained and reordered as necessary
Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 4–5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with office management systems or CRM tools (e.g., Zoho or similar)
