What You'll Do
As our Administrative Assistant, you will support the Corporate Communications team by keeping work organized, priorities aligned, and assisting in the development and execution of internal and external communications.
- Support development and formatting of communications content including intranet posts, emails, presentations, and social media using established templates
- Maintain the internal communications calendar and help coordinate messaging, deadlines, and approvals.
- Publish approved content to internal platforms (e.g., intranet/SharePoint) and assist with updates to external platforms such as website pages
- Perform quality checks and maintain communications assets (templates, photo library, brand files) to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, logistics, and provide administrative support including tracking requests, managing files, and handling expense reporting and travel logistics
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative, coordination, operations, communications, or marketing support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details simultaneously
- Clear written communication skills and comfort working with content shared across an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint
- Ability to follow established processes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $30-$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)
