Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Construction & Property Management)
Location: Acworth, GA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Administrative Assistant (Construction & Property Management) Description:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to company leadership
  • Manage executive and company calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Draft, edit, and send professional communications on behalf of leadership
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-up action items
  • Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and HOA managers, assisting with communication and approvals
  • Track, organize, and maintain company technology assets (phones, iPads, computers, etc.)
  • Assist with project coordination, including communication with municipalities and stakeholders
  • Support preparation of weekly company meetings and updates
  • Develop and manage project start and completion checklists
  • Coordinate property management tasks, including scheduling maintenance and working with vendors
  • Maintain a master schedule of recurring services (HVAC, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
  • Request vendor quotes and assist in comparing pricing for services and repairs
  • Prepare and distribute HOA communications to homeowners

Requirements:

  • High-energy, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous administrative experience preferred; construction or property management experience is a plus
