Title: Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator (Accounting & Marketing Focus)
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (Starting salary based on experience)
Shift/Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time)

PrideStaff is partnering with a stable, long-standing organization in Charlotte to find a multifaceted professional who thrives on variety. This essential role serves as the heart of daily operations, perfectly blending front-office hospitality with critical bookkeeping and digital marketing functions. If you are a responsible, detail-oriented individual with a flair for social media and a solid grasp of QuickBooks, we want to meet you!
What you will do:
Manage Financial Operations: Execute daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including bank reconciliations, managing Accounts Payable/Receivable, and processing credit card transactions.
Be the Face of the Office: Create a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and managing a high-volume multi-line phone system with professional poise.
Drive Brand Engagement: Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring messages, and designing marketing materials like flyers and announcements.
Ensure Reporting Accuracy: Generate routine financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheets) for leadership and maintain a meticulously organized digital filing system.
Coordinate Logistics: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and vendor deliveries while acting as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries.
