Stanley Consultants is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide complete administrative support to the members in the Denver (Centennial), CO office. What You Will Be Doing: Greet and direct guests entering and leaving facilities; handle all incoming and outgoing calls Manage documentation in Company SharePoint Site Maintains office and kitchen supplies and replenishes as necessary Assist with meetings, including all arrangements, booking conference rooms, ordering meals, etc. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent 2-4 years office administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone skills Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential information Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Base Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / hourly Stanley Consultants is committed to maintaining transparency in our hiring process, including providing information about compensation.
