Local, industrial office is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes to do a high volume of data entry and invoicing while supporting a great Manager! This Administrative Assistant will input work tickets, create pre-invoices, generate purchase orders and print completed invoices for services performed. Other functions will be setting up new vendors and customers, month end reports on Excel, follow-up on payments and basic general office work such as answering phones, emails, filing, order supplies etc.!
This is a long term, full time, temp to hire position. The hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with ½ hour lunch. Company offers medical, dental and vision as well as a 401k retirement plan with a match!
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Administrative position
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Accounts payable and Accounts receivable experience
Great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects
Problem resolution skills
