Summary:
Provide senior-level administrative support with 10+ years of experience, ensuring efficient daily operations and executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences (logistics, agendas, follow-ups)
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
· Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
· 10+ years of administrative experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
