New Gig Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a professional, highly reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment. This role will provide immediate support while the firm transitions and hires a permanent team member.

This is a strictly temporary role (30–60 days) designed for someone who can step in quickly, maintain professionalism, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail

• Handle and organize confidential documents, including sensitive taxpayer information

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff

• Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in all tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Prior administrative experience in a legal, accounting, or professional services environment preferred

• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable, professional, and able to hit the ground running

• Available to start immediately and commit to the full assignment
