- Financial Flow: Manage the Accounts Payable (A/P) workflow by accurately processing supplier invoices.
- Relationship Management: Perform professional outreach to customers regarding delinquent accounts to ensure positive collections and timely payments.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise inventory records by entering incoming shipment data into the internal system.
- Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to build and maintain clear spreadsheets that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Cross-train with other departments to provide seamless office coverage and support your colleagues.
