What you will do:

  • Financial Flow: Manage the Accounts Payable (A/P) workflow by accurately processing supplier invoices.
  • Relationship Management: Perform professional outreach to customers regarding delinquent accounts to ensure positive collections and timely payments.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise inventory records by entering incoming shipment data into the internal system.
  • Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to build and maintain clear spreadsheets that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Cross-train with other departments to provide seamless office coverage and support your colleagues.
