Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, ensuring appointment schedules are up-to-date and efficiently managed
- Organize all travel arrangements for team members, including booking accommodations and transportation
- Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism, relay key information promptly, and uphold confidentiality standards
- Support planning and execution of meetings, company events, and special celebrations to foster team engagement
- Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time
- Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing catering for onsite gatherings
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for after-hours travel and scheduling needs, ensuring seamless communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise across various levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a flexible approach to working with diverse teams in a dynamic environment
