What You ll Do:

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by responding to questions and resolving concerns promptly

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff

  • Help coordinate and maintain vendor and external service relationships

  • Keep files, records, and documentation organized and up to date

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with calendar coordination

  • Handle general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and document preparation

  • Support special projects and additional duties as needed
